The information on how to access b.square and the booking request time slots were sent to the email provided during the KVIFF Accreditation process – check your inbox as well as the promotions / spam folder for a newsletter from KVIFF Industry Office.

How to use b.square
1) To access the platform, click on Register.
2) Fill in all the mandatory fields (select "Guest" in the Type drop-down menu and accept the Privacy policy below) and click on Register. You'll receive a verification email; click on the link and fill in the necessary profile info.
3) Once done, please set your available time slots on the Availability page.
4) Shortly afterwards, you'll receive a "Subscription confirmation" email. Next time you reconnect to the b.square platform, you'll be able to browse through the projects on the Participants page that will appear in the top right menu.
5) To request a meeting with any of the projects, click on the handshake icon, or on the "Request meeting" button in the project detail page.

7) Once the cut is done, you will receive a schedule of your confirmed meetings by email a few hours before your scheduled appointments.
