Welcome to the B2B matching system,

In this page you will find a summary of all the functionalities in b.square.

Through the main menu bar at the top of the page you can access the various sections of the platform, as follows.

How to use the platform

  1. Profile: fill in and keep updated your company profile to be presented to participants.
  2. Time availability: mark in the Availability area your available time slots (green = available, red = not available).
  3. Participants: view the list of participants and request meetings with companies of interest.
  4. Requests: rate outgoing requests and accept or decline incoming ones. Do not leave pending requests.
  5. Agenda: meetings are automatically scheduled and visible once agendas are locked.

Profile

In this section you can enter all the information needed to present your company.

  • Company profile: describe your company and highlight the projects or services you want to promote.
  • Additional specifications: complete all required fields and define your business category.

Availability

  • Click on time slots and mark in green when available and red when not available. Appointments are automatically scheduled based on green slots.
  • Do not change availability once agendas are frozen. If meetings are not schedulable, increase your availability.

Participants

  • Use filters to find relevant attendees.
  • Request meetings via participant profiles and always include a message.

Appointment Requests

Manage your requests by rating importance, accepting or declining invitations, and keeping your queue clean.

  • Schedulable: meeting can be scheduled automatically.
  • Not schedulable: no common availability, increase your time slots.

Agenda

  • Meetings are automatically scheduled by the system.
  • Agenda is locked once finalized and can be printed or viewed online.
